Samarco is now concentrating assistance related to reparation actions into a single channel. From now on, guidance, clarification of questions, and the filing of requests can be carried out through the Relationship Center, by phone at 0800 033 8485, available Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Through this channel, interested parties can obtain information about compensation, documentation, the status of requests, and other services related to reparation. The unification of assistance aims to facilitate the population's access to information and make support more agile and centralized.

Among the matters that can be clarified is the Definitive Compensation Program (PID), which will remain open for enrollment until August 15, 2026. Through the Relationship Center, it is possible to obtain guidance on eligibility criteria, the required documentation, the steps for joining the program, and further information about the main compensation initiative set out in the New Rio Doce Agreement.
