As part of the integration of customer service channels, questions and queries related to remediation efforts will be handled exclusively by the Samarco Relationship Center at 0800 033 8485.

This change ensures the continuity of compliance and access to official information, upholding our commitment to dialog, transparency, and quality in public relations.

Through the Relationship Center, callers can:

• monitor requests
