Those selected will be able to work in Minas Gerais - in the Germano complex in Mariana, in Matipó and the Candonga Project region (Santa Cruz do Escalvado, Rio Doce and Ponte Nova), in addition to the company's office in Belo Horizonte – and in Espírito Santo at the Ubu unit, in Anchieta. The internship is scheduled to begin in March 2024.

The company will offer a trainee scholarship, transportation assistance and food in the units' restaurants. The expected workload is 6 hours, according to each student's class shift and specific development program for the group.
